Pointe Appliance recently repaired my 18 year old Kenmore washer. You will not find more polite people anywhere. My repairman was obviously a seasoned veteran. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. Pointe Appliance's pricing is quite reasonable. It's probably below its competitors. They were the first facility I called. After 2 minutes on the phone I knew I need not look further.

I just contacted Pointe Appliance for a service call on my GE Stove. I contacted them based on their excellent reviews on yahoo. They were great. Only a $25 Service call. The part wasn't available, so they couldn't fix the appliance, but I would use them again in a heartbeat. Great Place.

Great and fast service. Very reasonable prices. I received a call back within 15 minutes of my message. Frank arrived and had the washer fixed in no time.

These guys are overworked but they are greatest. In a difficult busines they provide the best service possible at extremely reasonable prices. I reccomend them to all my clients.
