Didn't try the buffet but in general I'm not that guy. The place is around the corner from the (in)famous intersection of Sunset, Fountain and Hoover. Set just back off Fountain, it has been there for decades under the same ownership. No frills straight ahead Chinese service, asked for the menu and water and hot tea appeared.

Just horrible

Had food delivered from here...several issues...no rice was delivered, the Sweet and Sour chicken was the texture of shoe leather, the scallops did not seem very fresh, and there was a rock the size of a large cashew in my food. Skip it!
