Zero, actually.
You all are really a horrible company to deal with. If you're going to offer paperless billing, make sure the customer is getting these bills. Do follow ups. You are quick to shut people off during the coldest time of year and when a storm is coming into town. You refuse to work with single parents who are working and trying to make ends meet.
