Printer came back worse then when brought it. Had the printer in the shop over a month and never solved the problem.

Accused me of not paying when PC was delivered. I have proof that I did. One nasty phone call accusing me of ripping them off, the next one from owner wasn't much better as he tried to browbeat me. Also I feel they are a bit overpriced. Will never do business with them again and I do not recommend them. Beware!!!
