I have dined at Plumbush several times and each visit has been a superb experience. This is one of my favorite restaurants anywhere. The meals and service have always been excellent. The ambiance is exquisite. I am anxious to return.
We had my daughters wedding there four years ago...and it was awesome.....despite monsoon rains.
My wife and I returned many times the years following. Our most recent anniversary "special dinner" was outstanding. The food was 5 star... and the wine....just fantastic.
Service was excellent,,,,the setting...just soooo nice.

The Plumbush holds a special place in my families heart; as my wife and I were married there a few years ago (an awesome place for such a special occasion, also). Returning there is always a thrill, as we now go with our little princess -daughter-. I HIGHLY recommend the Plumbush.

The Plumbush Inn occupies a charming, rambling Victorian house (next to a large cemetery) on the outskirts of the village of Cold Spring. Brought a group of 17 for Sunday brunch on 7/22/12 having first toured Boscobel on a gorgeous sunny day. The ambience, service and food were excellent. Jeanette, who I had liaised with in the booking was admirable and the whole experience helped to make our day. Highly recommended.
