That is an attempt at a total rip-off. That company probably cheats people every day. It’s good to know that you didn’t fall for it.
I was reading through the St. Petersburg Times and found an ad for Plumbing Rescue. My husband is a good handyman but has been unable to fix a slow draining sink in our bathroom. The appointment setting went very smoothly and the operator took down my pertinent information. She called later that day to tell me when the plumber would come out. The plumber, Michael C., came out on time as scheduled and fixed the problem in under an hour. He merits more than the maximum 5 star rating because he was so professional, and even gave the sink a good scrub down to make it look shiny and new...
I used Plumbing Rescue because of the price I saw advertised on their website. I needed just some routine maintenance done and Jason showed up at my home on time. I know nothing about plumbing, but he was very personable and answered all of my questions. I was able to understand what he was talking about which is an accomplishment in itself. I am very pleased with the service I received and the information that Jason S. gave to me.
I heard about Plumbing Rescue from an advertisement in the paper and called them up about a clogged drain I have had on and off for many years. It doesn’t seem to matter what I do or don’t do to this drain, the clog keeps happening. It backs up into the sink and when we run the dishwasher that also backs up. So I called Plumbing Rescue anyways because my husband (even though he’s a great man) just cannot fix this puppy.
