These people are terrible. The receptionist called me and my husband a liar. Our warranty company used them as a plumber to come out and fix a sump pump. We had disconnected the pump motor or switch (i dont know) because it had caught fire and was smoking. They claimed that we had tried to fix it and then told the warranty company that we tried to fix it and then were were denied. Then they had...
