We have contracted Bill for several plumbing jobs. He has serviced our home, our rental property, other family members, and friends. We would recommend him. Always prompt, goes out of his way. We had an emergency at my father's house and Bill was at his house immediately. We found that his repair costs were reasonable.

WAY overpriced!! We have used Tony LaMartina for the last 12 yrs. They charge $40 a service call and $84/ hour. We hired Bill as our sons are best buds. Total mistake!! He brought another guy along for a one man job. We thought maybe he was training. Come to find out, we were billed for TWO men on a one man job!! The job he was asked to do was fix the faucet he broke during another repair. I am curious why there are very few reviews since 2010. Questionable knowledge of plumbing. Likes to talk, which adds to the hourly rate.

We have used Plumbing Doctors for the past several years. He is competent, solves the problem, is honest, and keeps us apprised of what he is doing or what needs to be done. He is gregarious and has a great sense of humor. His knowledge of his profession sets me at ease as he proceeds with his work.

I am giving myself a 2 star rating! I should have done my homework before hiring Plumbing Doctors. I had a garbage disposal go out and had company coming tonight. I called Plumbing Doctors to come and install a new gargage disposal. He was able to come today which was great. He did a good job and was friendly and no complaints. So why the two star rating? Because I called Home Depot and...
