Have a toilet leak that came through the ceiling . Invoice reads "pulled toilet, reset toilet, everything looked fine. Checked out jetted tub an shower no sign of leaks. Suggest get the tile regrouted." Paid fee of 150.00. 2 days later the leak started again. Had a tile vendor come who concluded the leak is indeed from the toilet. Ed was absolutely professional, cordial, on time and guaranteed his quote when I actually thought he should be paid more for the amount of time he spent. He is coming back to check on a part problem.
