Pleasanton Place isn't one of those monster complex but there are around 250 or so residents here! My unit is a townhouse style with a cozy backyard patio. Nice location,near to shopping (Safeway, Walgreens), Walkable to good schools (Harvest Park). Both office and maintenance staff are very friendly. They attend and respond to your calls very quickly.

the pics are pretty, but once the carpet dried from the prior tenents, that's when all the white carpet turned spotted!!! It's very noisy here, the pool is very close, just like it's in my kitchen! We weren't informed of the water, and trash charges!!! BEWARE!!! that's an additonal $57.00 a month. There's very poor T-Mobile and other, servers reception. As a former tenant I must agree with the previous review. Noisy, low-rent, screaming children riding scooters past the front door, late night parties, and people in the parking lot talking loudly till the wee hours. Stay away...far away.
