Pleasant Valley Apts. is the best apt. complex in this area. They are very well maintained and there is no rift raft here. I have lived in others apartments in El Dorado County and Pleasant Valley Apartments are by far the nicest! Well maintained and great manager!

This apartment community is TERRIBLE!!! Do not rent here if you want a manager or maintenance. It took them 3 weeks to get back to me on a maintenance request. When there is a manager around they are rude and unaffected by your complaints. I lived there for 2 years and saw 3 managers move in and then out again. Plus they think it's...
