Plaza De Ville is friendly and family orientated. They are always thinking of things for the community to participate. They are quick to help and the place is well maintained. We have 2 pools, tennis court and a gym. We also have a Club House which is available for parties and get together. We are located near bus routes and great restaurants. It is fun to live here.

I love my apartment for the reason that it is just the right fit for me. It;s a one bed room apartment.All my belongings fit here nicely. I love the area. It's close to a local H.E.B. grocery store. Since I don't have a car, there is a bus stop right in front of the complex that I use. The bus is very helpful to go everywhere to do my errands. I enjoy coming back to my apartment which I call...

I have lived here almost a year. Not a day goes by that I dont see at least one roach both inside and outside. Apartment management is rude, cold and unaccommodating. After several apartments in my building complaining of roaches management tried to blame it on me. I told them roaches were here before me!

I have been here 4 months haven't had any issues on contrary to the other review I love my hot water lasts forever and I've never seen a roach in my apt...the staff is great never taken more than 24 hours to get something taken care of...the only downside is the windows are single pane so you hear everything and there are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms. other than that I love it here!!!

I wish I could put 0 stars...absolute worst apts to live in..unprofessional office, management staff, as well as the maintenance crew. Extremely disappointed overall. Took 3 weeks to get someone to come to our apt to look at a leak in my closet and then when they did they left a huge hole in the ceiling with a …
