This is my 4th apartment and honestly for the price it is awesome! The one bedrooms are huge and have a ton of closet space! I have paid much more for "luxury" apartments that do not even compare....

My wife and I lived in Playa for about 7 months. During that time, we were harassed by the leasing agents and property staff repeatedly. We informed the staff before we moved in that my spouse is severely bipolar and they had no issues with it. However once we moved in, when my wife would have episodes, the office would call the police and send us eviction notices and nasty letters repeatedly....

My first apartment and its a nightmare. Cant wait for lease to end. Sad thing is I have only been here a month and everything about this place has gone wrong!!!! Dont move here.
