I was told the price for the job was $60.00 but it only took him 5 minutes to fix it, I thought the price can be adjust to a lower price for the job that is done quicker then to be expected.

Kevin Platt and his team have aptly negotiated a very difficult construction project with great skill. I would recommend him to anyone!Both bathrooms truned out beautiful. He did a great job of problem solving as issues arose and negotiated well with the Condo Management Association.
