I have been going to this store since it opened around 04-05. It started out decent. Reasonable offers for the awesome NEW things I sold to them, nice employees, and a clean store. Over the years it has totally went downhill. I AM SO TIRED of being treated like a second class citizen everytime I go in there. I was appauled by the behavior of the staff. They were laughing and discussing the fact that they had been partying and were hung over from the night before.. I know that many of these girls are not yet 21 and this is not a favorable impression. Don't know exactly who was in charge, but alot of female staff/ female manager standing around and talking. Definitely will not recommend this...
