Platinum provided me with excellent service on my network, they came and provided me with a second opinion on my network status and I found out I had all kinds of issues. I brought it to the attention of my then IT person and he shook his head, and said he could not fix those issues as he was not experienced enough. I called Platinum they came out within 24 hours and resolved all major issues,...
