My wife and I were pleasantly surprised with how easy it was to work with John. He has on his crew some real craftsmen that built not only a wonderful pool but walls and arches and doorways that are works of art. They went way beyond our expectations in their attention to detail. They transformed our back yard. We highly recommend John and Platinum Custom Pools.Thanks John!Chris

Platinum Pools installed our pool for us. From the onset we have had issues getting them to return our calls. Now, almost 3 years later we have an issue with our waterfall. It is cracking and water is running out the back where it shouldn't. I expect it is out of warrenty, but would still like to have it fixed. My wife has been calling them for over 4 weeks. Only managed to talk to a person once. She promised to call back and never did. Since then, we have left messages and not gotten an answer back. Time for us to find someone new to fix the pool/waterfall that is less than 3...
