Did not honor their plant warranty

I returned 5 shrubs that I bought there within 90 days, but manager said he couldn't warranty them because of cold weather. Their warranty is worthless if it doesn't cover cold/hot weather. I will not buy anything there again

I’ll never buy another plant here, as they did not honor their warranty. I returned a plant which died and the warranty was not fulfilled because I was told the root ball was not properly broken up and extreme drought conditions. We went to the Keller location with a 70% off coupon for holly bushes which were marked $14.88 with a large sign. When we tried to purchase the 5 bushes using our 70% off coupon, we were told the coupon was on the regular price only, even though it was not noted on the coupon.
