I think it has to be a easier way to make an appoinment to see the doctor. always take too long to take or phone calls. and we not able to make it at the clinic.

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO GO TOO! THE SECRETARIES ARE TERRIBLE! THEY ARE NOT HELPFUL AND DON'T CARE FOR THE PATIENTS. The Doctor and nurse were very nice, caring, and understanding!!! But unfortunately the staff does not match the Doctor and the nurse. The staff was a complete opposite.I called and let them know I was going to be late because of traffic and because a highway was closed and they told me to still come in for the appointment. When I got there they told me I had to call for another appointment because they were going to close. (it was only 4:00pm they didn't close until 4:30pm)The secretary was RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE! I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK!

this planned parenthood clinic that i have visted was not in the best condition the bathroom was dirty there no soap the tolit had stains on it and the blow dryer to dry your hands was not working at all,on top of that the test area had trash on the floor and urain cups was being left around untended and unprotected anything couldve gotten into the urian to make whatever the was testing for...
