Help us make it rightI will never go to another Planet Tan thanks to the employees at this site. I signed up in January for their monthly tanning service and was told that if I cancelled by the 25th of the previous month I wouldn't be charged. So on February 24th I cancelled and was given no paper work but wasn't worried about it because I honestly didn't think they'd screw me over. Well when the first of March...
I tried going to a few differant Paradise Tans to make sure it wasn't just the one bad experiance, but the 3 I have been to have all been the same. Bad customer service, bulbs out in the beds, unclean rooms and the few bigger beds they do actually have seem like the bulbs have never been changed. I got poor results from all of these salons, and will not be a raturn tanner.
