Very professional.We were guided through the whole process of trading in 2 cars for 2 new cars. It was complex but Patrick made it a very smooth enjoyable experience.
The vehicle selection, pricing and sales people service was all excellent but we had to wait over an hour to pay for the car when we were ready. It was evening on a week night and there weren't many customers so the wait seemed excessive. The finance guy was great once we did get to pay.
