I think Planet Beach is a little over a year old, maybe 2. I bought a package there and so has my daughter and her friends. There are several tanning places to choose from in McHenry. This place is very clean and the staff is extremely friendly. The have standing units and beds each at 3 different levels. As long as you get a good tan, my decision on where to go is based on price and availability.
