They broke their own rules, then tried to boot me for it. So, here is the situation, I come home late at night, and stop at the apt mail box to grab my mail. I feel I was unlawfully booted, the guy who unbooted me wouldn't give me anywhere else I could've parked, very disrespectful, and talked down to me. I'm very disappointed with the service I received, and feel taken advantage of because there was no where else to park.
All of the towing was set up by a guy they screwed over, and never paid. They have teenagers booting cars for their parking enforcement, and have the least amount of experience in the towing and parking enforcement industry compared to everyone else out there.
