I place my order at 4:55 and it's 6:40 haven't got my order! I call had me on waiting for 20min for them to tell me I gave them my wrong address and they called me but i didn't answer really!!!!...

The cashier was very nice, but the pizza was gross. I'm not sure how to further explain it. It just didn't taste good at all. I'm not sure if it's this store or just Pizza Hut...nope not good.

Horrible Customer Service ! Seems like their online orders have been an issue with everyone . They heard complaints , why have they not fixed it? There excuses are that they're not responsible...

I'm putting 1 star just because I don't have the option to choose NONE!! I love Pizza Hut but they have Horrible customer service! I can't stress that more.
