The pizza hut in Midtown 5700 West Capitol drive is absolute worst the management I don't know how he got to be management has the worst customer service and a nasty attitude I requested to speak to a district manager or even a phone number and he hasn't faded on giving me that information the food was cold it was late it was lost and it was the wrong order absolutely the worst Pizza Hut ever...

I ordered from this MIDTOWN LOCATION on August 3rd...Pizza Never Came!!! Had to go into the store, only to be Greeted by a Fat Sweaty Meatball of a Manager that Disputed the fact I Never Received My Order. He offered a Replacement. OK. 3 hours to get a pizza! No communication, unanswered calls. This place deserves negative stars by my book! I will NEVER use Pizza Hut owned by WHG ever again. They are understaffed and can't get food out ontime. Good PH franchises get food out in 30 because they are appropriately staffed.

After waiting 2 hours and calling 16x's, being told that the pizza was on its way, they delivered my pizza next door! Called again 11x's put on hold for 8mins hung up called again and was told that my card was declined so the order never went out...BS way to not own up to their mistake.
