ordered online to have delivered to my grandmother ( to nursing home) for a special treat for Birthday and the driver called to demand a tip ( I always tip after service upon delivery) and the pop was not delivered called to tell them and they wanted to charge me to deliver it when they are the ones who forgot it , when I tried to explain it to manager all manager said was it will be a $3.95...

We live literally 2 blocks from this location. Every time wenhave tried to order we get told up to 2 hours for delivery. The manager is extremely rude. The delivery drivers are careless as they blow through stop signs and more than once I've seen them on their phones and not paying attention tobthe road or other drivers.
