I've never had a problem. Every time I order a pizza, it always arrives early. I just ordered one at 4:10 and the confirmation message said it would be here by 4:50. It was here at 4:30. Super!

Ordered over the phone for delivery and they were very non explainatory and seemed bothered by any questions that may have been asked by the customer.
