We ordered the Big Dinner box with 3 pizzas, and an 8 piece wings. We placed the order online at 3:55 pm and stated pick up at 5:00 pm. Understand waiting 5-10 minutes after if they were busy but to get your order 27 minutes after with no apologies or even a free bottle of soda is ridiculous!
