Great customer service.
They used to be great - have a different crew now and the quality is lacking.I asked them to scan negatives ($2/per image - which is 4x more expensive then most) show the brand logo on the film and the sprockets. Did about 1/2 the way I requested, and scanned an image of a sign backwards. Waste of time and money.
I have to say that the reason I continue to print all my clients work at Pixels is simply because of Brook. She is always so helpful, friendly, and efficient. She has saved me in numerous situations that other local printers would have failed. Thanks for always making my experience so great Brook!
When I visit Pixels, I feel like Norm in Cheers, "Where everyone knows your name. " I love how they give me their undivided attention and are always ready to help. I feel like family.
Pixels is fantastic. And what makes it fantastic are the owners and staff - always friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. There are other places you can go to buy a camera or a print. But in my experience, none of them can match the level of attention and service you will find at Pixels. They earned my loyalty years ago, and they continue to impress every time I visit.
