I call Pittsburgh Mirror and glass and spoke with Jeff the owner. I told him I had a problem with my patio door and was also having trouble with some of my windows. I had my parents coming in from out of town and needed it done Friday afternoon. Jeff laughed and told me he understands how important family is and assured me that he would personally come and look at it himself.
