I went to pick something up at Charrettes and found the art store closed down with NO information about why it happened or whether the new company (Pittman) would honor the discount memberships...
The art supply store Charrette in Woburn is closed down. I went there yesterday (7-15-09) and discovered this. Only the Pitman printing operations or whatever it is, is open for business. This is too bad!
this is confusing, but Pitman is apparently the company that bought Charrette which we all know and love. the store in woburn is still there and still using the charrette name, although you'd never know it...
