I made the mistake of having siding put on my house from Pitcher Perfect about 5 years ago.
Since then they call my cell phone about every 3 to four weeks trying to sell something else. I have told them every time remove me from your list, I have stopped in person to tell them to stop calling, I have been on the feds do not call list for over five years and they still keep calling!

8-25-2011 advice-go with another company! wish we knew this. this company is in the yellow pages stating they have high customer satisfaction and are recognized by the bbb. wrong! after our huge loss with them, we contacted the better business bureau and were told pitcher perfect is no longer accredited because they have had 17 complaints before us.

we would recommend this company to anyone. The salesman was professional and very knowledgable of all products they had to offer. The crew did such a great job with the siding that I'm going to take them on a fishing trip.
This company did what they said they would do.
We didn't have any problems with financing nor did they lack customer service.
Our windows even look great !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

words can't describe how terrible this company is. No ONE has a clue whats going on and the quality of windows is extremely poor. Its taken months to get our resolution solved with this company and when they came out to fix the problem today they left me with what I can assume is an even cheaper product and a window that wont even lock now.
