I don't know about gas and pit smoke mechanics but I do know the owners are super nice, always inviting customers as it should be. I'm not a BBQ connoisseur but I know good business work ethics...

As mother would say "Meh, iz ok". I must have caught them on an off day from the service aspect to the food. Now don't get me wrong, my Pit Master plate for $14.99 looked very appetizing...
