Horrible customer service. Never had to wait this long for one perscription Extremely frustrating trying to figure out why I saw the doctor at 10 An its 5 now am still havent gotten the medicine

Dr Bakker is great! I've been with him for many years! He is very direct but always friendly. The thing I find especially pleasing is that he always ask about my physical mental/psychological health as well as physical. He seems to be genuinely listening when I am explaining my symptoms or feelings. Great job Doc!

Dr. Bakker is an excellent Doctor. I cannot say the same about his staff. In my experience you cannot call the office and get someone to answer the phone. They want patients to communicate via a web portal, but when communicating via this portal, I have had messages regarding a critical matter ignored, i.e., no action or response.
