Incompetent employees. Plain and simple. Have been trying to cancel my service since MAY 2012 and it is still not cancelled and Im still being charged. Pinnacle refuses to credit my account even though they said it would be cancelled in August. Unless you plan to have them be your monitoring service for life i say RUN!!

People are friendly, but product may or may not be a good fit. Beware about their offerings, as they specifically train their staff to sell to your emotions and not your needs. I believe that the security industry can help out many people, but do ensure that you are not purchasing this impulsively. A security system …
