Leasing office is very helpful at move in but sometimes it can be quite difficult to get noisy neighbors to stop harassing your ceiling (walls are pretty thin) I can even hear them vacuum at 12 at night. Maintanence is the best I've seen when it comes to something inside our apartment, they usually come within the next hour or so. Apartments get deceivingly hot due to windows only being on...

Relocating from Miami to SoCal gave me sticker shock during the apartment hunt, however this complex really delivered on every amenity included in their monthly rate. The pool is immaculately maintained and so is the landscaping. Maintenance resolves most issues on the same day as the submitted request and the leasing office staff is BEYOND friendly. You are sooooo correct!! This apartment complex is ghetto!! It belongs in la somewhere on skid row. I was so glad i left the pinnacle at macarthur place years ago. When i moved out they were trying to charge me extra "move-out" charges that accrued to well over $2,000...i took the bastards to court and won my case!! Beware: Do not move into this place or else you will be sorry.
