I couldn't give them zero stars. Horrible, horrible, horrible!! First of all, the lady kept calling my daughter "he." Horrible service, lady was rude , who was cutting my sons hair . "she asked me if his going o cry the whole time , because his giving her a Headaches ".She cut his hair all short, when I specificlyasked for a trim and it came out crooked . My son looks like "forrest gump
