Signed contract with Pine Ridge Homes, and things went south as soon as they got our non refundable deposit. They delayed closing for 1 month claiming weather, lack of resources, and every other possible excuse, we had to live in the hotel. They have not apologized nor offer any kind of incentive, when our banker called Frank (owner) to discuss the % lock fee, Frank simply said "they don't have...
