You know what's funny about the article Reviewers=former employees?!?!?! It was the owner who wrote it! Don't let him fool you like he fools everyone else, what a great bullshitter! He need's to get a life and lose his business all together.

The three reviews I read seem more like disgruntled former employees (who probably got fired for poor work ethics) than honest "reviews" by honest people. That is the single biggest FLAW and FINANCIAL LIABILITY for "services" like MerchantCircle.com. Unless the nay-sayers are willing to expose their true identities they simply cannot be trusted. I would like to say that Ive been there also, plenty of times to have the same feeling towards the residents there. They seem like they are poorley taken care of, and the owner of Pine Manor seems to put on quite a show. If anything he should be turned into the state and be well looked over. The price that some people pay to live there and the conditions are rediculous. The food they eat! He...

When we toured this place..I think one of the patrons was dead....He was in bed lying on his side covered with a sheet up to his ears..we were there about an hour and a half waiting for someone named "Hal" to give us a tour last summer and when we left..the man never changed position. The place smelled really bad and the care takers seemed phoney..We felt really bad for the poor old folks...

This place is smelly and disgusting..The two most prominent smells are urine and mold. The tenents are poorly taken care of and the place is falling apart..It should be investigated by the state, however due to the number of seniors living there, it is considered small enough that there are no state regulations for this type of home..The owners should be ashamed!
