There are 4-5 guys working there who are very helpful. You can bring in a sample of your pool water and they will sell you the chemicals you need in the correct amount. They know alot about the products they sell, from the thermometers to the pool vacuums. They don't make you feel stuipid for not knowing anything and are willing to go out of their way to help. I go back, regularly.
