I would like to say that this is the best studio that I have ever been to! I have been taking Laura's spin classes on Mondays and Wednesdays and I have to say she is a beast!!!! I have never sweat...

There's a new owner, Laura, who has made it the best place to get your cardio in! Laura's also a wonderful spin instructor and I cannot miss her class. Classes are actually fun while you are burning calories. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Highly recommend.
