The Pilates Core is a pilates studio that provide its services to individuals in La Grange and the surrounding communities. The studio uses traditional pilates equipment that the certified instructors use during private or semi-private sessions with clients. In addition to one-on-one or semi-private lessons, the studio also offers a variety of mat classes.
