After making several calls for an appointment to only have the phone ring and ring someone FINALLY answered. I asked to schedule an appointment was told they had no appointments for a week. I said that was fine and could i please schedule. She asked me to hold but instead she transfered me and no one ever picked up. Wow!! Great customer service you guys have. You need to get it together.
