They were incredibly friendly and very knowledgeable. And when I picked them up they had the sizes correct and the tuxs that we ordered were there! ^^^. I recently rented 6 tuxedo's for myself, my groomsmen and father and father-in-law. On the day we went to pick them up we got different tux's than the ones we'd been told we would have during our fittings. The service was terrible - they didn't have our correct sizes, and my pants had 6 hole in on of the legs. They had promised us that everything would be perfect and that we could pick them up...
