Store for roughly 13 years, today will be my last. Customer service was minimal and forced. Manager was completely unprofessional and rude! She needs a slice of humble pie, (you work at the bong store), with a side order of etiquette 101! Highly Disappointed! I suppose I am expecting to much from a head shop.
