Pickleman's Gourmet Cafe is a deli-style spot brand new to downtown Springfield, serving a variety of soups, salads, sandwiches, pizzas and other deli staples. Reasonably-priced and made fresh to order, Pickleman's also serves interesting juice drinks and, of course, pickles.
