I have taken my share of spin classes at different gyms Physique is the best by far. The staff all have great personalities & are very helpful. If you have been looking to take a spin class you MUST give this place a try !

Words can't express how awesome this place is. Love the instructors! Love the cleanliness of the gym. The spinning and group training classes are excellent. I haven't tried their new zumba class but it looks like fun!
