This restaurant is in a great location, it is comfortable inside and the service staff is pleasant, so why isn't it any good? Something is a bit off.

The food was relatively bland, not well seasoned. I asked for chop sticks and they had ran out?The bathrooms were not very clean.

The food did not taste authentic at all.
We ordered a Tom Yum Goong - Spicy Thai soup that tasted very boring.
The Thai beef salad - The beef was tough and there was no fish sauce in the sauce
