Unprofessional, unresponsive, overpriced, and arrogant. I took my daughter in for pics and received no more than FIVE proofs to choose from, two of which were out of focus. The photographers reason for this? That my daughter was TIRED that day! He refused to refund the price of our prepurchased package OR reshoot the session unless I paid him an additional $200. He offered to have the...
