She is very precise in her work and very personable. She does what's best for her patients. I drive two hours to see her for appointments after a doctor in my town didn't do the correct cataract surgery. She makes me feel at ease because she knows what she's doing.

I have never been treated so poorly and so rudely by a doctor in my entire life. I walked out of the office after he called me rude for asking for an explanation of my condition. I will never go back there.

Disappointed. Took my daughter there who was experiencing vision problems. Doctor walked in and didnt' even look us in the face the entire time. She looked at her file, did her test and talked to the file as she wrote. I had to stop her and ask her for clarification on instructions because it was as if we were being …

Dr. Rowley and his staff demonstrate the highest standards of professionalism and patient care. His offices are in a safe, pleasant Phoenixville neighborhood. I was able to schedule an appointment in a reasonable period of time.
